Biography:
Kevin will enter his first season with the Bluefish and his fourth year in the Atlantic League. Bridgeport marks the fifth team that he is traveling with in Atlantic League competition. Last season with Camden and Newark, Kevin appeared in 19 games (14 starts) while tossing 90 frames.
The Long Island resident has reached the Florida State League (A+) as a member of the New York Mets organization. The righthander earned 11 wins and 236 strikeouts in 411.2 innings of work during his minor league career.
Kevin was signed by the New York Mets, as an undrafted free agent, after attending the University of Miami. |
