Make A Difference Mondays Return to The Ballpark at Harbor Yard

Bluefish team up with Dot Generation to present Make a Difference Mondays

(Bridgeport, Conn. – April 5, 2017) – The Bridgeport Bluefish have once again teamed up with Dot Generation and TANGO Alliance to bring back Make a Difference Mondays for the 2017 season. Through this program, nonprofit organizations are able to raise up to $6,000 by selling tickets to Bluefish games.

The Bluefish and Dot Generation partnered in 2016 to launch the Make A Difference Mondays Program, which was created to support the local nonprofit community by offering Bluefish ticket vouchers that were valid for certain Monday night games. The organizations are able to sell the vouchers for fundraising, give them to staff, volunteers and constituents, or use them however else they see fit. For any nonprofit, it has the potential to be a $6,000 fundraising opportunity with no cost or obligation. In 2016, this program gave nearly $25,000 in value to local organizations. Today, we are announcing the launch or Make A Difference Mondays for the 2017 Bridgeport Bluefish Season, which also happens to be the 20th Anniversary Season. For more information on this great community program please contact David Stowe at Dot Generation by emailing or call 203-967- 8112.

“We were excited to be able to leverage our partnership with the Bluefish last year and create this program to give back to local organizations who do great work in our communities,” says David Stowe, Vice President at Dot Generation. “We are really excited about the opportunity to do this again in 2017 with our great partners at the Bluefish and look forward to giving back even more this year to nonprofits.”

This year’s Make a Difference Mondays are June 26 and July 17. Opening Night, Friday, April 28, will also be eligible for this program.
